A free, two-week training program — three hours a day — designed to prepare participants for entry-level hospitality careers. Learn essential workplace skills, practice interviews, and receive guidance every step of the way.

Who We Serve

We prioritize formerly incarcerated community members who face employment barriers due to their background and are ready for a fresh start.

  • We cannot currently serve individuals charged or convicted of a violent crime in the last 5 years. However, we actively advocate for fair and inclusive hiring practices in the industry.

  • Unemployed or underemployed individuals seeking a stable employment path are also encouraged to apply.

Do I Need Experience in Hospitality?

No prior hospitality experience is required.

  • Our employment partners offer a range of jobs from entry-level to skilled positions.

  • We match participants to jobs based on their skills, experience, and interests.

Program Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Documentation Needed

To enroll, you must provide documentation required by our employment partners. Please present one document from List 1 OR one document from List 2 AND one from List 3:

List 1 (one required):

  • U.S. Passport

  • Permanent Resident Card

  • Employment Authorization Document

OR

List 2 (one required):

  • Driver’s License

  • ID Card issued by federal, state, or local government

  • School ID with photo

  • Voter registration card

  • Military ID

AND

List 3 (one required):

  • Social Security Card

  • Birth Certificate

  • U.S. Citizen ID card

If you do not have the required documents now, we offer resources to help you obtain them. If you cannot get your documentation before the training start date, we will reserve a spot for you in the next session.
