The Southern Solidarity Opportunity Center empowers formerly incarcerated individuals to build stable, fulfilling careers in the hospitality industry.
Through a free, two-week training (three hours per day), the Center prepares participants for entry-level hospitality careers with skill-building, practice, and ongoing support
Key Training Offered
Career coaching, employer referrals, and mentorship that help participants build the skills, confidence, and connections to succeed in good hospitality jobs
Program Highlights
Hands-on learning in communication, time management, and workplace readiness, plus interview practice and transportation support.
Participant Outcomes
Our graduates leave prepared for work with stronger skills, interview confidence, a certificate of program completion, and referrals to partner employers.
